Sophia Vreeland was a daughter of Izak Vreeland and Mina Ossendrijver. She married 16 February 1916 in Amsterdam to Simon Korper, a son of Valk Korper and Judith Buitenkant. Simon Korper, born 1892, passed away on 29 December 1934.
The couple had eight children: besides the here mentioned Izak, Judith, Rebecca, Barend and Jans, there were also Philip and Mina who all have been killed during the Holocaust. Only one daughter has survived the war.
