Izak van Dantzich and Margaretha Rachel de Vries were married at transit camp Westerbork on 28 October 1942. Izak was a warehouse clerk and a son of sales representative Benjamin van Dantzich and Klara Roodenburg. Margaretha was a seamstress and a daughter of Elias de Vries and Rosa Philips. The parents of the bride and the bridegroom attended the wedding; they signed the marriage certificate.
