Mozes Walg and his family were taken from their home during the raid of 20 June 1943 . The family was deported to Westerbork, Bergen-Belsen and Theresienstadt. Mozes Walg eventually died in Flossenburg. Alida Reens was murdered in Auschwitz. Their two children were liberated in Merzdorf and Theresienstadt respectively and survived the war.
