Heintje de Vries was a daughter of Samson de Vries and Lena Hamburger. She married in Amsterdam on 3 January 1923 to Abraham Eisenberg and their daughter was born in 1932, who survived the Shoah.

On 2 May 1938 Heintje de Vries moved from the Wagenaarstraat 16 II to the Transvaalplein. On 20 March 1941 she was registered on Transvaalplein 20 huis, coming from Prinsengracht 849 I. On 29 May 1941 she moved to Kerkstraat 79 II.
