Esther de la Mar married on 17 August 1887 in Brussels to Israel Graanboom (Amsterdam, 14 Mayi 1857 - 1943). Theur daughter Elsa Henriëtte Graanboom was born in 1897 in Amsterdam. She married in 1918 to Gerrit Wijnand Oberman, a pastor, born in Leiden.
