Jetje Vleeskruijer was a daughter of levie Vleeskruijer and Schoontje Godefroi, She married Zacharias de Groot on 11 January 1906 but they divorced 11 January 1932. Jetje Vleeskruijer married again on 7 August 1935 to Alexander Katwijk, but she divorced from him on 20 may 1937.
Her third marriage was in Den Haag on 23 March 1938 to Joseph de la Penha, a son of David de la Penha and Hendrika Polak. Joseph de la Penha was previously married to the in Leeuwarden born widow of Joseph Roet, Eva Koster, a daughter of Eduard Koster and Betje (Beli) Snijtzelaar.
