Abraham Marcus Beffie, also known as Ab, was the son of Marcus Beffie and Rebecca Rabbie. He was an architect and a member of the Amsterdam society Architectura et Amicitia. He designed a shop building in Kalverstraat, a block of flats on Weteringschans, and business premises with dwellings on the upper storeys on Herengracht in Amsterdam.
