Mozes Jacobs was married. He and his wife had three children. The family lived in Amsterdam.
Mozes Jacobs taught physical education. He joined the resistance and participated in acts of sabotage and helped those in hiding. On 1 April 1943 he was caught in Vierhouten and held at the house of detention in Arnhem. From there he was deported to Germany via Westerbork. His wife survived the war.
