Leentje van Creveld (generally known as Leentje Puus) was married to Louis Snatager who ran a textile shop in the Hoofdstraat in Veenendaal. It was an 'arranged' marriage that did not last. After the factual separation, Leentje van Creveld left for Deventer, where she sold fabrics.
