The police commissioner of the documentation service in The Hague requested on behalf of the Sicherheitsdienst that Ernst Adam be located, detained and brought to trial. He lived in Amsterdam at 218 Achillesstraat. He was suspected of having changed his place of residence without the required authorization. This description referred to Jews who had gone into hiding.
