Eliazer Frank was the son of Elkan Frank and Rosina van der Reis. Eliazer took a doctor's degree.

Eliazer Frank was active in the Landelijke Organisatie voor Hulp aan Onderduikers. He was arrested by the SD in Utrecht in June 1943. Eliazer Frank’s wife and two small children had been moved to hiding-places at different addresses, and survived the war.
