Isaak Levie Italie was a son of Philip Italie and Klara Levi. He was married to Henriette Walg. The couple had at least four children: Clara (died at a young age), Simon Gabriel and two children who may have survived the war. Henriette Walg died in 1922.

The Eindhoven police commissioner requested that Isaak Levie Italie, residing in Eindhoven, be located, detained and brought to trial. He was suspected of having changed his place of residence without the required authorization. This description referred to Jews who had gone into hiding.
