The Rotterdam police commissioner requested that Max Lowinsky be located, detained and brought to trial. He was suspected of having left his place of residence without the required authorization. This description referred to Jews who had gone into hiding.
One week after the first notice, the Sicherheitspolizei in The Hague (Group V) also reported him missing.
