Angèle Koe was a daughter of Nathan Koe and Evalina Slijper. She married in Amsterdam on 26 October 1899 to Hartog Workum, son of Jacob Hartog Workum and Fijtje Levie Groen. The couple had 2 children: Jacob and Evaline.
