Dina Grijsaard was a daughter of Abraham Wolf Grijsaard and Esther Salomon Wegloop. She was married 2 December 1885 in Amsterdam to Levie Sluijzer, a son of Nathan Sluijzer and Rosa Hoepelman. Levie Sluijzer however passed away in 1918. The couple had three children: Roosje, Abraham and Nathan (deceased in 1931).
In 1942, Dian Sluijzer-Grijsaard lived in in the family of her daughter Roosje.
