Carolina Cohen was a daughter of Salomon Cohen and Johanna Eisman. She married Joseph Cavalje in 1905 in Arnhem.

The police commissioner of Arnhem requested that Carolina Cavalje-Cohen be located, detained and brought to trial. She lived in Arnhem and had changed her place of residence without the required authorization. This description referred to Jews who had gone into hiding.
