The Police Commissioner of Arnhem requested that Hanna Spier-Mogendorff living at 129 Bakenbergseweg in Arnhem be located, detained and brought in. He was suspected of having changed his place of residence without the required authorization. This description referred to Jews who had gone into hiding.
