On 4 July 1941 the Joodsche Weekblad published an obituary for Arnold Heilbut. The notice is signed on behalf of his family by his parents H.M. Heilbut and F. Heilbut-Caro. Arnold Heilbut was 18 when he died. The advertisement indicates that notice was received that he died in Germany.
