Salomo Dasberg was a son of Hartog Dasberg and Hester Boesman. 2 August 1899 he married Jansje Hartog from Woudrichem in Rotterdam, a daughter of Simon Hartog and Saartje Abraham Meijer. Salomo and Jansje resided in Dordrecht till 1901, wher also their first born son Simon Hartog was born. In March 1901 the family moved to Rotterdam where the little Simon Hartog died at age of 10 months in June 1901. Later, Hester was born in 1901 and Hartog in 1907. Both children were killed in the Shoah. Since 17 October 1938 Salomo and Jansje lived at C.P.Tielestraat 51b in Rotterdam, their last known address. Their son Hartog, who was divorced in April 1940 came living in with his parents again. Salomo Dasberg and Leentje Hartog wer deported together from Westerbork to Auschwitz 12 October 1942 and upon arrival there 15 October 1942 immediately killed.
