Flora Wilhelm, born 22 November 1867 in Krotoschin (Poland) as daughter of Markus Wilhelm and Bertha Nathan, was the wife of Sally Liebenau from Rawitsch in Poland. He was a son of Abraham Liebenau and Henriette Held. It was certain that the couple had two children, namely Siegfried Liebenau, born 19-2-1899 in Berlin, who lived in Amsterdam and Gertud Liebenau, born 1 March 1892 in Berlin, who lived at Rotterdam.
Presumably from 1937, Flora Wilhelm lives with her husband Sally Liebenau at Hoyledesingel 17 in Hillegersberg, a district of Rotterdam, where also the family of daughter Gertrud resided. Flora passed away in Rotterdam 15 October 1941 and the funeral records at the Jewish cemetery Toepad in Rotterdam reveal that Flora Wilhelm was buried there.
Her husband Sally Liebenau has been deported 10 October 1942 from his place of residence at Hillegersberg to Camp Westerbork. Two days later, 12 October he was put on transport to Auschwitz and upon arrival there 15 October 1942 Sally Liebenau was immediately killed.
