Mozes Appelboom was a son of Samuel Appelboom and Roosje Sluijzer. He was married (probably around the year 1940) to Fanny de Wind, a daughter of Joël de Wind and Betje de Groot. Fanny de Wind too lived in at the address of Roosje Sluijzer and her family.
Mozes had five other siblings:Salomon, Levie, Abraham, Mathilda and Dina. One brother has survived the Holocaust; the others and Mozes self were killed in the Shoah.
