Salomon Appelboom, butcher, son of Samuel Appelboom and Roosje Sluijzer, resided since 1913, sometimes with small breaks in Den Haag, where he several years lived with his brother Levie at Griftstraat 3, but in 1942 Salomon lived at the address of his mother, Jan Blankenstraat 41, also in Den Haag. Salomon was not married. He had five other siblings: Levie, Mozes, Abraham, Mathilda en Dina. Levie survived the Holocaust but he self and his other siblings were killed in the Shoah.
