Since 2010, a new Memorial at the Cemetery of the Crematorium of Reutlingen has been inaugurated with the names of the victims who died in 1944 because of hardships at the airfield of Hailfingen. Also Barend Koekoek is mentioned here. To read is "Koekkoek 1910-1944".
