Elisabeth Blog was a daughter of Wolf Blog and Lena Zwart. She married Mozes Polak in Amsterdam on 29 July 1936, a son of Barend Polak and Elisabeth Prijs. The couple had a son in 1941, who has survived the Holocaust by hiding in the south of the province of Limburg. On 25 March 1943 Elisabeth and her husband Mozes Polak arrived in transit camp Westerbork, where they stayed in barack 70. On 4 May 1943 were both deported from there to Sobibor where they have been killed upon arrival there on 7 may 1943.
