Mozes Snoek was a son of Efraim Snoek and Vrouwtje Wurms. On 26 June 1907 he married Engeltje Coopman in Amsterdam, a daughter of Benjamin Coopman and Elisabeth Reens. The couple Snoek-Coopman had seven children, of whom three children have died in childhood at a very young age and one son passed away before the war. The other children, namely Ephraim, Elisabeth and Femma have been killed in the Shoah.
Mozes Snoek and his wife Engeltje Coopman were registered in Camp Westerbork on 21 March 1943 and deported to Sobibor on 30 March and killed there immediately upon arrival on 2 April 1943.
