Abraham de Leeuwe was a son of Isaac de Leeuwe and Antje Blik. 20 January 1921 he married in Amsterdam de widow of Karel Bril, Jette de Haan, a daughter of Isaac de Haan and Carolina Johanna Snijders. The marriage ended however in a divorce 17 Decembetr 1936 which was registered in the Civil Registry 19 February 1937. At the time of his registration by the Jewish Council in 1941, he lived at Weesperstraat 27 II in Amsterdam. Abraham de Leeuwe passed away there 9 December 1941 and was interred in the Jewish Cemetery in Diemen.
