Philip Margot Zilverberg was just as his brother David Estella (also known as Lard) involved in the fight on the night of 11 February 1941, where a group of young Jewish fighters had beaten a group of 40 W.A.-men who were going to beat up Jews. About twenty young men were arrested but shortly after that released again. However, David Estalla ended up via Camp Amersfoort in Mauthausen, where he was killed on 5 February 1942.
Philip Margot Zilverberg obivously belonged to those of the group who were released after the arrest on 11 February 1941. He was however taken to Westerbork 11 August 1942 and deported 14 August to Auschwitz, The transport of in total 505 deportees arrived there 17 August 1942 and Philip Margot was selected for "work". It is not known where and when exact Philip Margot Zilverberg has died; after the war, Dutch authorities have established his date and place of death as on 30 September 1942 in Auschwitz.
