Scheindel (Lotte) Friedmann

Scheindel came to the Netherlands in January 1939. She stayed in de Steeg and Rotterdam before moving in with a foster family in Rotterdam in July 1939.
Her parents were Sara Reisenstadt, born on February 1st, 1902 in Warsaw and Simon/Symcha Friedmann, born on March 14th, 1902 in Warsaw. Sar was deported from Düsseldorf to Minsk in November 1941, Simon was taken to Sachsenhausen in June 1940, where he died in March 1942.

The family wanted to emigrate tot he US.
