Isaac Polak was a son of Barend Polak and Elisabeth Prijs. His mother was already deceased in 1929. His fathter passed away a few months before the outbroke of the war in 1940. Isaac was born in Amsterdam, resided in Rotterdam, was a tailor by trade and he was unmarried. On 31 July 1942 he arrived in Camp Westerbork from where he was deported to Auschwitz on 3 August 1942.
