Nathanni Moses Zilversmit

The name of Nathanni Mozes Zilversmit appears on a handwritten list of the individuals who held offices within the Dutch-Jewish Community in Haarlem during the early years of the war. Photos remain of all the staff members. Nathanni Mozes Zilversmit was a gravedigger for the Dutch-Jewish Community in Haarlem and palbearer for the Religious Institute Gemieloeth Chassadiem.

In de Tweede Wereldoorlog was Nathanni Moses Zilversmit (1886-1942) conciërge van het joodse gemeentegebouw Lange Wijngaardstraat 14 te Haarlem; daarnaast was hij grafdelver en drager bij genoemde Gemiloeth Chasadiem. Zijn vrouw Minna Zilversmit-Hes (1890-1942) hield als badvrouw toezicht op de mikwe.
