Elie Oppenheimer

The Arnhem police commissioner requested that Elie Oppenheimer, residing in Arnhem, be located, detained and brought to trial. He was suspected of having changed his place of residence without the required authorization. This description referred to Jews who had gone into hiding.

Elie Oppenheimer had een koshere poelierszaak, waar hij ook boter, kaas en eieren verkocht. Begin 1942 komen twee Arnhemse politieagenten bij hem langs voor een onderzoek. Zijn zaak is dan inmiddels al gesloten en er is geen voorraad meer aanwezig.
