Carolina Rozette Catharina Levie-van Biene was my uncle's wife, Rolf Walter Levie. She was murdered at Auschwitz (6 March 1944) together with her son, Rolf Julius Charles Levie, four years old . She was 28 years old.

is iemand ook bekend met Jennie van Biene die met Leon Velleman was getrouwd? Leon is op 14 mei omgekomen tijdens het bombardement in Rotterdam. Zijn zoon leeft nog en heet George Velleman en woont in Australië en is 94 jaar. Het is nu july 2013 en twee weken geleden is George Velleman op 95 jarige leeftijd gestorven.

Jennie van Biene, geboren 1893, heeft de oorlog overleefd.

Some letters of Carolina van Biene and Rolf Walter Levie which they wrote to her relatives have been preserved. Her parents and her brother survived the war.
