Esther Diamant was a daughter of Jacob Diamant and Lena Bril. She married on 17 April 1929 in Amsterdam to the 56-year old Bernard Kannegieter from Meppel, son of Salomon Kannegieter and Julia van der Klei. Bernard passed away on 1 December 1931 in Amsterdam.
