Jacob Mozes Polak

Jacob Mozes Polak, born 27 September 1873 in Hoorn, was a son of Hartog Isaak Polak and Rosette Hijmans. On 10 March 1899 he married in Hoorn the 41-year retailer of the State Lottery, Mietje Deen, a daughter of Joseph Hartog Deen and Lea Levi Worms.
