Rachel Kopman found a place in 1942 where she could hide from dusk until 6:00 a.m every morning. She then spent the day hiding in the apartment of a non-Jewish friend. She went into hiding elsewhere against payment. After only two weeks she was discovered and deported to Westerbork.
