About Fritz Heymann

Fritz Heymann attended grammar school and studied in Heidelberg and Bonn. He fought as an officer in the First World War and stayed some time in British captivity. He graduated in 1921. Friedrich/Fritz Heymann was in hiding in Amsterdam with his mother, not his wife.
His mother survived the war - she gave archival material to the Leo Baeck Institute, NY, where it is available online.
His last correspondance was with Franz Littmann in Jerusalem.
