Mozes Waas, son of Sander Waas and Eva Slap, married 22 February 1933 in Amstedam to Judith Emden, daughter of Levie Emden and Elisabeth Plukker. The couple had one son.
Mozes had eight siblings of whom four have been killed during the Holocaust: he himself, 501408, 505283 en 498515.
