Salomon Hijman

In 1942, Salomon Hijman had failed to comply with regulation 5842, the transfer of stocks and shares to the Liro-bank. He was alert on the seriousness of this offense by a department of the Jewish Council, located at the Afrikaner Square 19-23 in Amsterdam. In result Solomon Hijman transferred his bonds to the Liro bank, aswell as his savings of 3900 guilders.

Salomon is een zoon van Hijman Hijman en Lea Zante. Hij trouwde 28 november 1907 met Kate Bierman (Londen, 8 augustus 1870 - A'dam, 9 juni 1932), dochter van Eliazer Bierman en Christina Kenter.
