Isaac verzoekt in september 1941 om erkenning als kleinhandelaar in Groente en Fruit. Hij geeft aan van 1924 tot 1934 werkzaam te zijn geweest als zelfstandig koopman. Sindsdien is hij kleinhandelaar in Bloemen. De controleur geeft aan geen bewijs te hebben over zijn ervaring in Groente en Fruit. Als venter van Bloemen heeft hij sinds 1934 toegang tot de Centrale Markt.
