Waarschijnlijk gaat het hier om het gezin van Shava Bornstein (18 juli 1922), die tijdens de oorlog 'Elisabeth Bos' heette en als Leesha Rose in 1978 haar memoires publiceerde: The Tulips are red. In Nederland als: De tulpen zijn rood (1980).
