Felix Hermann Oestreicher took his PhD in Prague on 13 May 1918. He probably arrived in the Netherlands around 1938. On 3 July 1940 he sat for his medical finals at the University of Amsterdam. In 1941 he lived in Katwijk aan Zee. His last known address was 13 Transvaalkade in Amsterdam.
