Dina van Duren-Fortuin

Dina Fortuin was a daughter of Maurits Fortuin and Mietje Zwartz. She married Louis van Duren in 1897 in Goor. He died in 1920 from the Spanish flu. They had two children, of whom Hubert Maurits died during the war. The other child survived the war.

The funeral records at the Jewish cemetery in Arnhem reveal that a memorial stone is placed for Dina Fortuin.

We have been unable to determine whether one or more members of this family survived the war. While their names do not appear on the lists of survivors, we have not been able to trace them in In Memoriam either. They are therefore labeled as 'surviving' and their names are not listed.
