Arthur Rosen was a son of Herman en Julie Rosen The Rosen family came from Mönchengladbach in Germany to the Netherlands in 1938. They had ten children. Other children of the couple also went to the Netherlands, like their daughter Else Rosen and son in law David Kremer. Arthur came to the Netherlands as well. One child of Herman and Julie Rosen who was into hiding did survive.
