His first name is Theodor. He lived at Landshuter Str. 18, 4th floor, in Berlin-Schöneberg before emigrating on 17.05.1938 to Holland. His daughter Ruth Feiner (30.07.1909 in Berlin, died 30.07.1955 in Switzerland) emigrated to the London in 1933. She was a writer and used the pen-name Peter Pertens.
