3 December 2014 Image UNWRA 1946 Reina Rutlinger-Reiner Share Facebook E-mail When they got the first sign from Reina her parents, aunt and sisters who managed to flee from Amsterdam in May 1940 and get to the U.S. sent packages with food, clothes and supplies to Reina who divided them up between family members and friends. Members of the extended family in Canada and England helped too. Reina thanks them throughout and also finds an original way to show her gratitude .
