Marits Frank was married to Elisabeth Blanes, daughter of Jacob Blanes. In 1933 their son Jacob Aronwas born. Maurits Frank lived at 40 Zeestraat in Zandvoort. He served on the parents' committee of a school in Zandvoort. This was regarded as an honorary office, which Jews were no longer allowed to hold. In January 1941 Maurits Frank received notice from the mayor of Zandvoort that he was relieved of this office.
