Abraham Schijveschuurder and his family

The name of Abraham Schijveschuurder appears on a handwritten list of individuals who held offices within the Dutch-Jewish Community in Haarlem during the early years of the war. Photos remain of all the staff members. Abraham Schijveschuurder was a member of the Church Council of the Dutch-Jewish Community of Haarlem, member of the General Board of the Dutch-Jewish Joles Hospital and a funeral director of the Religious Institute Gemieloeth Chassadiem.

Abraham Schijveschuurder was married. The couple lived at 37 Lorentzplein in Haarlem.
