David Brandon married Betje Degen in 1918 in Amsterdam. She was an older sister of the here mentioned Betsy. They had two children: Nathan and the child that survived the war. Betje died in 1926. David then married Betsy Degen in 1927 in Antwerp.They had the here mentioned son Salomon.
