Johanna Aronsohn studied medicine in Utrecht. In November 1921 she sat for her medical finals. She had her medical practice at her home at 92 Pieter de Hoochstraat in Amsterdam. She also worked at the tuberculosis clinic at 100 Nieuwe Achtergracht. Johanna Aronsohn was unmarried.
