Louis Haagman and Mietje Haagman-Ossendrijver had nine children. Until 14 May 1940 they lived at Helmerstraat 30b in Rotterdam. The bombardment of Rotterdam forced the family to move. Their home was destroyed. Six of their children did not survive the war.
